German Shepherd Dog (GSD) is another big dog breed that is not only men's best friend but also policemen's best friends. They have been recognized as the best police dogs. Although their original work was herding sheep, their strength and intelligence have made them succeeding in many other tasks. GSD is the third most intelligent dog breed that has the ability to learn simple tasks after only five repetitions and obey the first command given 95% of the time.
